• Aware and mobilize communities and conduct community engagement activities in

I was responsible for
• Social Mobilization in 44 Union Councils in District Okara.
• Formation of Water Users and Water Surveillance Committees.
• Formation of WASH Clubs in 244 Schools.
• Health and hygiene session to community, School Wash Clubs as well as in 244 Masjids.
• Designed a water entrepreneur (Water rickshaws) model and implemented successfully.
• To organize multiple theater and cultural activities for the creativity of awareness regarding safe drinking water.
• Coordination with MC Okara, Renala, Depalpur, Shairghar, Hujra, Baisrpur to perform joint assignments.
• Coordination with Director Local Government for implementation of various project activates at UC level and Coordination with other stakeholders as well as Government Department and community to facilitate project activities.

Integrated Project of Child and Bounded Labour (Funded by Govt. of the Punjab)
I was responsible for
• Social mobilizing of children (involved in child and bounded labor), their parents and owners of establishments to disengage as well as enrolment of children to NFBES and other government and private schools for study.
• Establishment of Non-Formal Basic Education Schools (NFBES).
• Identification of children on workplaces through the data surveyed by (BOS).
• Provision of books and stationery to the school according to need and requirement.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Identification of school teachers according to need and demand.
• Preparation of daily, weekly as well as monthly reports.

I was responsible for
• Mobilization of bounded labor of brickkiln to stand up for their rights through legal aid.
• Establishment of Non-formal schools on brickkiln.
• Health and hygiene sessions regarding water sanitation and hygiene promotion to the bounded labor at brickkiln.
• Mobilization of Brickkiln owners, children and their parents to disengage them from bounded labour as well as their enrollment in IDA literacy schools and others public and private schools.
• To conduct various awareness raising Activities to aware bounded labour regarding their rights.

• Basic Education Community School (BECS) Supervision.
• Parents Mobilization for enrollment in BECS.
